Pero lo haremos hoy mir\u00e1ndola desde el que consideramos quiz\u00e1s como el mejor dec\u00e1logo posible para resumir el \u00e1mbito y alcance de la inteligencia emocional: el\u00a0<strong><em>poema \u201cS\u00ed\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>Rudyard Kipling<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Es certero, deja poco espacio al comentario. Pero adem\u00e1s es simple y profundo al mismo tiempo, como las grandes obras. Nosotros lo hemos incorporado como un marco de referencia en los estudios de\u00a0<strong>liderazgo<\/strong>, porque es una lecci\u00f3n de vida y de gran utilidad para formaci\u00f3n y entrenamiento de directivos en las t\u00e9cnicas de inteligencia emocional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Vamos a analizar p\u00e1rrafo por p\u00e1rrafo:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><em>\u201cSi puedes mantener en su lugar tu cabeza cuando todos a tu alrededor, han perdido la suya y te culpan de ello.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Explica el\u00a0<strong>autocontrol<\/strong>. Saber enfrentarse a una crisis ejerciendo un liderazgo en los dem\u00e1s cuando est\u00e1n alterados y nerviosos por la gravedad de lo sucedido. La frialdad al tomar decisiones no implica falta de sentimientos respecto a las personas que interviene en aquellas, o que son como lo est\u00e1 demostrando la crisis actual, la consecuencia de tener que tomarse decisiones que no le gustan ni al mismo l\u00edder. Y aun as\u00ed no pareces demasiado bueno o demasiado sabio.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La\u00a0<strong>paciencia<\/strong>\u00a0en el liderazgo tambi\u00e9n es una virtud. Respecto a los envites negativos como enga\u00f1os y odios que recibimos, no deben tener una respuesta equivalente, pero tenemos que esforzarnos en no dar la sensaci\u00f3n de que somos d\u00e9biles o poco experimentados o demasiado flexibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><em>\u201cSi puedes so\u00f1ar y no hacer de los sue\u00f1os tu amo; si puedes pensar y no hacer de tus pensamientos tu \u00fanico objetivo; si puedes conocer al triunfo y la derrota, y tratar de la misma manera a esos dos impostores.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tanto los ideales como los objetivos tienen que pisar suelo firme. No exaltar demasiado el \u00e9xito y tampoco deprimirse innecesariamente en el fracaso.
